Permitted Personal and Community Use

You are welcome to download and use these photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Registered sports clubs and not-for-profit organisations may also use these images in their digital and printed materials, provided that proper attribution is given.

Commercial Use

Any commercial use—including promotional, advertising, sponsored, or revenue-generating purposes—requires my prior written authorisation.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Use in advertisements, brochures, or paid social-media posts;

  • Inclusion on business websites or promotional materials;

  • Use in merchandise, fundraising, or revenue-generating campaigns;

  • Any use connected with sponsorships or brand partnerships.

Prohibited Uses

Without written permission, you may not:

  • Re-sell, re-license, or redistribute these images;

  • Include them in stock libraries, design templates, or content bundles;

  • Use them in logos, trademarks, NFTs, or on-demand merchandise;

  • Train or contribute them to any AI or machine-learning models;

  • Use them in a way that implies my endorsement or the endorsement of any person depicted;

  • Use them unlawfully, misleadingly, or in any defamatory context.

Edits and Moral Rights

Images must not be altered, cropped, or edited in a manner that is derogatory or prejudicial to my or the depicted subjects’ reputation.

Minor adjustments such as resizing or colour correction are acceptable, provided the image’s integrity remains intact.

People and Property

Some photographs may include identifiable individuals or private property.

If you intend to use such images in a manner that could require consent (especially for commercial use), it is your responsibility to ensure that all necessary permissions are obtained.

Revocation of Permission

Permission is automatically revoked if these terms are breached.

I reserve the right to request the removal of any image used in violation of these terms.

Disclaimer and Governing Law

All images are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
